It's the time of year when the "Best of" and "Picks" lists for poetry come out, and I am very gratified that Applies to Oranges made both Reb Livingston's and Bernadette Geyer's top-ten lists for 2011, and was singled out by Sandra Beasley as one of three(!) books that drew her particular attention this year. Huzzah! Thanks to Reb, Bernadette, and Sandra for reading, and to everyone else who has picked up a copy, and/or let me know that they enjoyed the book.
